Several different decks that can be added to your game were released in 2008 - Z (a preorder bonus for the Z-man edition, including 12 occupation and 12 minor improvement cards) X (an alien encounter deck that gets used whenever someone takes stone, including 24 different alien cards) Ö (24 Austrian themed cards, including 12 occupation and 12 minor improvement cards), and L (14 people themed cards). It's an interesting idea, I'll have to give it a try sometime. Each season has a special action, and a different season is used in each round (rotating). Through the Seasons was available as a giveaway at the Essen fair in 2008. (BGG images by users Aldie, johnostout, jhagen1908, mjburrage, and the_pirate) Keltis does, so if any of them cross the pond, I'll post them here. What, you're to lazy to go back and find the link? FINE. If you want to print them out on cardboard, go for it. There, you can find these four tiles, originally printed in a German magazine.
When I did my free stuff expansion (#9), I pointed you to Reiner Knizia's free stuff site. The King Kong expansion tile was handed out at Strategicon in 2009. XXL (2008) adds the ability to send animals to other zoos from Zooloretto or Aquaretto, and Exotic (2009) adds more exotic animals. It also included two Aquaretto expansions - trains and three coworker tiles. Expansion pack #2 (2009) included three mini expansions for Zooloretto: mission cards, the gorilla, and the savings books.
(BGG images by users urison, Hopalong, mschacht, and Bobby4th)Įxpansion pack #1 for Zooloretto (2007) included 5 mini expansions for the game - three extra enclosures, the petting zoo, three extra buildings, building sites, and polar bears. While the destination tickets can only be used with TTR:Europe, the Warehouses and Depots can be used with any incarnation of the game. If you ever build a route into a depot, you collect all cards in that warehouse. You build depots on the board, and throughout the game, you can put cards into a warehouse. Since TTR:Europe had big cards, there aren't new train cards, but this expansion does introduce Warehouses and Depots. Much like the 1910 expansion, Europa 1912 adds a whole slew of destination tickets. TICKET TO RIDE: EUROPE (announced after the publication of Expansion #13) It adds more developments, and now the game ends if someone has seven developments, or if all monuments are collectively built.ģ7.
ROLL THROUGH THE AGES: THE LATE BRONZE AGE came out as a free print-and-play PDF (find the file here) in 2009. ROLL THROUGH THE AGES (announced after the publication of Expansion #13) Also, a Cylon leader is introduced, which I'm sure will make things REALLY difficult for the humans.ģ2. The game also features new pieces, new cards, and new characters.
The Pegasus expansion for BSG adds two new supplemental boards, one for the Battlestar Pegasus, and one for the planet New Caprica. BATTLESTAR GALACTICA (announced after the publication of Expansion #13) It's in a standard size box, but nothing much is known yet.Ģ7.
Prosperity is coming out later in 2010, presumably for Essen. The Potions are new treasure cards which are required to buy other cards. Alchemy is coming first, and it's the first small expansion, featuring only 12 new kingdom cards and Potion cards. In 2010, two expansions will be released for Dominion. COSMIC ENCOUNTER (announced after Expansion #13)Ĭosmic Incursion (2010) adds 20 new species to the game. Four more promotional cards are due to be released at various conventions over the summer, including ones by Bruno Faidutti, Alan R. It also includes a promotional card with seven questions written by Ken Jennings, the first ever Jeopardy millionaire. There is an expansion coming for WITS & WAGERS in September that adds 700 new questions.
